Three Connecticut college students were killed after their van crashed with a pickup truck in Massachusetts, university officials say.
The crash happened on Tuesday morning in the town of Sheffield.
The two University of New Haven and one Sacred Heart University students who were killed were among seven people that were in a van that collided with a pickup truck. Sai Narasimha Patamsetti, 22, a business analytics graduate student from Rajahmundry Urban, India, and Pavani Gullapally, 22, a civil engineering graduate student from Warangal, India, succumbed to their injuries suffered in the crash.
Officials have not released the identity of the Sacred Heart University student who was killed.  
The other passengers only suffered injuries.
All the victims are originally from India.
