Fire officials in Bridgeport are investigating a late-night fire that left three generations of a family homeless yesterday.
Officials say the fire started at around 10 p.m. at 33 Orange St.
In all, six people managed to escape the flames, including a 4-week-old boy and a 2-year-old girl.
Fire officials say the back of the home is badly damaged, but they were able to stop the flames before they spread to a nearby house.
Arson investigators say that there may be evidence of an accelerant used in the fire and have not ruled out foul play.
