ALERT CENTER: Top Democratic contenders for governor face off as early voting begins

The top Democratic contenders for New York governor went head-to-head as early voting begins this weekend.
Last night, Gov. Kathy Hochul, Glen Cove Congressman Tom Suozzi and Public Advocate Jumaane Williams spoke on the strength of New York's gun laws that are potentially threatened by an upcoming Supreme Court ruling.
“We are ready the second this decision comes down to analyze within a few hours and know which tactic they use to strike down a law that’s been on the books protecting New Yorker’s since the 1900s," said Gov. Hochul.
The gubernatorial primaries will be held on June 28.
