A warning from officials after multiple bear sightings have been reported in western Connecticut.
Police in Easton say they got at least five calls in one morning last week.
They received another call the next day.
Officials say bears are more active this time of year and are most likely looking for food.
They ask residents to secure their garbage so the bears will continue to move on.
