Police in Bridgeport say they have made an arrest in the deadly June 13 shooting at a housing complex.

Police say 19-year-old Amheir Noel shot and killed Kyle Dear outside building 11 of the PT Barnum Housing complex.

They say Noel admitted to shooting Dear in apparent retaliation for Dear's friends allegedly robbing and pistol whipping Noel's girlfriend.
