It's in the hands of the voters on Nov. 8 to decide yes or no to early voting in Connecticut.

The top two candidates for secretary of the state clashed over voter fraud in their only debate. Republican Dominic Rapini and Democrat Stephanie Thomas squared off on Connecticut Public Television.

Rapini said there's a "culture of fraud" in Connecticut elections. But Thomas, says most voting issues are simple mistakes.
