Connecticut's budget is one signature away from being a done deal.
The state House of Representatives narrowly passed the state budget Friday night during a special session.
The $19.7 billion budget tries to make up for a $960 million deficit in the new fiscal year.
The budget now heads to Gov. Dannel Malloy's desk for his signature.
