The Ansonia Fire Department rescued someone from Coe Pond Friday afternoon.
Fire officials say they deployed water rescue equipment, and a rescuer swam out to the individual then brought them back to shore.
They also say they handed the person over to EMS after pulling them from the water.
No injuries were reported.
