ASML has committed $1.56 million to Danbury Hospital and Norwalk Hospital, which is part of Northwell Health.
The organizations made the announcement on Tuesday.
Hospital staff say ASML’s investment will expand care for the state’s most vulnerable residents.
The money will go toward programs to assist people experiencing homelessness, behavioral health challenges, substance use disorders and complex chronic conditions.
The hospitals say money will support:
- Launching Norwalk’s first Mission Health Day
- Expanding the Community Care Teams model
- Addressing housing, transportation and food insecurity
