? State Attorney General Richard Blumenthal has thrown up a potential roadblock to Gov. Jodi Rell?s Keno plan.
Rell hopes the computerized lottery game could be key in closing the state?s budget gap. However, Blumenthal says lawmakers may need to change the state?s agreement with Connecticut?s tribal casinos before the game gets the green light.
According to Blumenthal, the current law isn?t clear and the courts are divided on whether Keno is considered a lottery game.
