Boston now takes the series lead 2-1 in the playoffs thanks to the game winning goal by Brad Marchand.
The Islanders played in front of the biggest crowd of the season at the Coliseum. Capacity at the Coliseum was increased to 12,000 fans.
The last time the Islanders hosted a second-round playoff game at the Coliseum, "Jurassic Park" was the No. 1 movie and Whitney Houston's version of "I Will Always Love You" was the No. 1 song. Yes, we're going back to 1993!
Game 4 is at the Coliseum on Saturday.
