A Bridgeport man is free on bond this afternoon after he was allegedly caught watching a woman take a shower.
Police say Rickardo Rhoden was arrested Thursday after he was spotted pleasuring himself outside the victim's home on Beachwood Avenue.
They say a man in the home chased Rhoden and held him until officers arrived.
