2ds agoBridgeport police have identified the two people that were killed in a shooting on Platt Street on Sept. 9.
The victims have been identified as 19-year-old Candace Goodwin, of Stratford, and 59-year-old Austin Burgher, of Jamaica.
Police arrested 25-year-old Tarik Francis in connection to their deaths.
