Residents in Bridgeport are on high alert Tuesday after reports of two break-ins just hours apart from one another.
Bridgeport police have not released much information about the break-ins. However, there have been two reported incidents involving two men. One of the incidents occurred in a home on Platt Street around 5 p.m. The second incident happened at the Bridgeport Mini-Mart on Fairfield Avenue around 7:30 p.m.
There is no word yet if both incidents are related. After the Platt Street break-in, police questioned neighbors to find out what they heard and saw. Many residents say they will make sure to lock their doors and turn on alarms until the men are caught.
