The first storm of the year hit the Bronx Tuesday with a wintry mix of precipitation and strong winds. The messy weather made for a tough commute for Bronx residents. Some say buses were running slower than normal due to the slick roads. Pedestrians are also being urged to use caution while walking as many sidewalk have frozen over. Meteorologists say they don't expect much accumulation from the slight snowfall.
