A Bronx man is charged with DWI after allegedly driving drunk with two babies in his car.
State police said they found a car parked on the Taconic State Parkway in the Town of Kent on Sunday night.
Officials said 31-year-old Edgar Loja appeared to be drunk behind the wheel. A 5-month-old and a 1-year-old were in the car.
Police said Loja’s blood alcohol content was over the legal limit. He was arrested and is due back in court in August.
Troopers said the children are OK.
