They were expecting a UPS delivery, but three alleged drug dealers in Norwalk got a visit from federal agents instead. A drug-sniffing dog reportedly picked up the scent of pot at the UPS distribution center in South Norwalk. Authorities say a 17-pound package of pot was addressed to 10 Winfield court in East Norwalk. Federal agents and local police surrounded the house on Wednesday as the package was delivered. After searching the house, authorities say they seized about $160,000 worth of marijuana, cash, seven plasma TVs, two cars and a motorcycle. Donya Kennedy, of Stamford, and Norwalk residents Richard Spence and Neville Brown were arrested. Police say all three suspects are considered mid to high-level drug offenders.
