A car crashed before it rolled over and struck a parked vehicle around midnight in Bridgeport.

Police say it happened on Park Avenue near Prospect Street.

Resident Crystal Corzo said there've been multiple fatal crashes in that area over the past several years. She is now calling on drivers to slow down.

"A car flipped over and hit my kids' father's car. He was visiting for my daughter's birthday and it was crazy. It's insane. Slow down, please, there are a lot of kids around. I just pray to God that something gets done," she said.

It was not immediately clear what caused the vehicle to crash or if anybody was injured.
