The case of a 15-year-old Stratford girl accused of hitting a police officer in the face is in Bridgeport juvenile court Thursday.
Titasheen Mitchell was arrested in March after a fight outside her mother's restaurant. She's accused of hitting Officer David Gugliotti as he arrested her. Stratford Town Councilman Alvin O'Neal, who was also arrested following the fight, accused Gugliotti of using excessive force. But last Friday, Gugliotti was cleared of any wrongdoing.
Councilman O'Neal, who is facing charges himself, has not returned phone calls made by News 12 Connecticut in the last seven days.
