Gingerbread House
12 oz.  Softened butter or shortening
10 oz. Brown sugar
1 cup Molasses
2 Eggs
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Nutmeg
1 tablespoon Ginger
2 teaspoon Cinnamon
2 teaspoon Baking soda
1 lb. 11 oz. All purpose flour
      
Directions: 
Cream together butter and sugar until fluffy. Gradually add molasses and egg. Add dry ingredients and slowly mix until incorporated. Roll dough and chill at least 30 min. Cut into desired shapes. Bake at 350 until golden.
