Local Scallops Seared with Basic Seasoning: / On the Grill or you will us a Hot Skillet!
No Oil Only Salt & Pepper & a Squeeze of Fresh Lime
Method
Sear each scallop for 4 mins on each side
Sprinkle Salt & Pepper on Each Side & Enjoy
