This week, chef Nick Martschenko of South End and Uncorked Restaurant, shows Tina Redwine how to make decadent summer dishes and drinks.
Ingredients:
Bacon
Lettuce
Tomato
Avocado
Chipotle Mayo
Olive oil
Salt & Pepper
Method:
Cut up tomatoes into little pieces, add olive oil, salt and pepper
Get lettuce washed and ready
Cut up avocados into little pieces
Make chipotle mayo: mix a little bit of pureed Chipotle peppers with mayo
Spread the mayo onto the lettuce
Layer some tomatoes n top
Add cooked bacon strips
Top with avocado
