Ingredients
- Instant Mashed Potatoes
- Lobster meat- Garlic Butter- White wine- Butter
Materials
- Pastry bag
- Soup spoons
Recipe
- Sautee lobster meat with butter, white wine & garlic
- Take mashed potatoes & load pastry bag
- Place mashed potatoes on top of soup spoons with a slight swirl
- Cook lobster meat for a few minutes
- Place one thumb-sized amount of lobster meat on each soup spoon
- Sprinkle sauce comprised of garlic, butter and white wine sauce on top of the soup spoons
