Chef's Quick Tip: Man candy

Today, Chef Jeff Mihalek, of Nikki's Beach House Grill, shows Tina Redwine how to make man candy - or candied bacon.
Ingredients:
Bacon
Maple syrup
Honey
Brown sugar
Directions:
Lay bacon on parchment paper on a sheet pan, mix maple syrup and honey and pour over bacon, slather it on and then add brown sugar to your liking, the more the sweeter and stickier the bacon, put in oven at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
