Pancake muffins
Ingredients:
2 cups pancake mix (For Gluten Free – Many people like Stonewall Kitchen’s Gluten-Free Pancake Mix)
Preparation:
Spray Butter or cupcake liners
Whatever toppings you’d like – We use Sprinkles, Chocolate Chips, Blueberries, Strawberries and Bananas
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare your pancake mix according to the box. Spray muffin pan with cooking spray or use cupcake liners. Pour pancake mixture about 2/3 of the way full. Place your favorite toppings – we like blueberries, bananas, strawberries, sprinkles, chocolate chips. Bake for about 15 minutes or until tooth pick comes out clean. Great activity with kids!! Serve and enjoy!
