Chef's Quick Tip: Peach Salsa
This week, Nikki Glekas of Nikki’s Modern Mediterranean, shows Tina Redwine how to make peach salsa.
2 fresh peaches, diced into 1/4-inch pieces
¼ cup finely chopped red onion
½ jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
2 tomatoes, cored and finely chopped
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
½ bunch cilantro, finely chopped
Salt & Pepper to taste
Prepare all of your ingredients. Add them to a large bowl and toss well. Serve with your favorite chips!
