This week, Kristen Mitrakis, and Rachel Lampen of Rock Paper Scissors Custom Events shows Tina Redwine how to make Halloween-inspired treats. 
Zombie eyeballs
1 pack powdered mini ring doughnuts (if they don’t have powdered you can mix cream cheese, with water and confectioners’ sugar to create an opaque glaze)
Fresh Blueberries
 Red gel, syrup or regular jelly (thinned with water)
Instructions:
  1. Push a blueberry into the center of each doughnut
  2. Use the red writing icing to pipe ‘veins’ coming out around the blueberry. If you are using jelly or syrup then drip with a spoon
  3. Serve.
