STORM WATCH: Rain, thunderstorms tonight; cooldown expected next week

STORM WATCH: A severe thunderstorm warning issued for parts of Rockland, Orange, Putnam and Westchester counties through 6 p.m.  
Showers are passing through the Hudson Valley Saturday ahead of fall temperatures moving back in for next week.
Northern Westchester, southeastern Orange, western Putnam and Rockland counties are seeing a line of showers and thunderstorms through the evening. Gusty winds threatened to knock down trees or power poles.
Sunday will be partly cloudy and some rain may develop during the afternoon.
Monday will see clouds and sunshine with highs in the mid-50s. Tuesday will be about the same, but highs will be in the mid-60s.
