Periods of rain, clouds and sun expected to swing back and forth all weekend

The weekend is due to bring a mixed bag of sunny skies and showers on Long Island.
For Friday, sunshine will eventually give way to clouds, but things should remain dry for any evening plans. Highs will be around 80.
Showers are due to move in overnight that'll last into Saturday morning. After that, expect a partly sunny, humid day.
Saturday afternoon could see some more showers and storms, but the day is not an overall washout with plenty of dry periods. Temperatures will be in the mid- to upper-80s.
For Father's Day, things start out cloudy with a chance for showers through about 7 a.m. Look for a mix of sun and clouds after that. It'll be less humid with highs in the upper-70s to mid-80s.
These forecasts with both pleasant and wet weather continue into Monday, where it'll be partly sunny with a chance for a late-day thunderstorm. Highs will be in the 80s.
