This time of year, drivers in Connecticut are seeing more deer out on the road.
From October to December mating season last year, there were 387 deer-related crashes across the state.
That averages out to one crash every six hours.
AAA is urging drivers to scan the shoulder of roadways, warning that deer may dash out from wooded areas near any road.
