The Connecticut League of Women Voters has created an online guide to help voters make a decision at the polls.
There are a number of key races taking place Tuesday, including the race for governor.
The group says voters have many resources at their disposal in order to learn the facts about the candidates running for office.
Last year, the League started with municipal races, but this year's program has expanded to state and congressional races too. The guide can be found at vote411.org.
Visitors will be asked to type in their address and information will appear reflecting what's on that ballot. A comprehensive guide shows a side-by-side comparison of the candidates who are running, along with information about that candidate and the issues they stand for.
Some important issues voters are considering are climate change, affordable housing, economics, and women's health.
The League says around half of this year's candidates are listed in the guide.
With the program still being fairly new, the League is hoping candidate participation increases each year.
