A video on Instagram shows a Connecticut real-estate agent dancing around his latest Greenwich listing.

Christian Perry - who calls himself "your No. 1 real estate choreographer" can be seen pirouetting around the listing in the video.

Perry sells high-end real estate in Greenwich and New York. He posted the video on his Instagram page with the caption "I Love Greenwich."

Perry is also an award-winning film and television choreographer.
