Connecticut student loan reimbursement program reopens Friday

The program is open to those who attended a Connecticut college, university, or trade school.

Connecticut's student loan reimbursement program will reopen for applications this Friday.

Eligible residents can receive up to $5,000 per year for four years. To qualify, applicants must have lived in the state for at least five years and made student loan payments between 2020 and 2024.

The program is open to those who attended a Connecticut college, university, or trade school. It's limited to single applicants earning under $125,000 annually.

Volunteer service is also required to be eligible.
