In Wednesday's "Conversation Connecticut," News 12's Rebecca Surran welcomes Krystal Hernandez, outreach coordinator for the Connecticut Alliance of Foster and Adoptive Families. The organization is holding "Avenue of Dreams," an event to help children in foster care or waiting for placement get ready for prom. The event will be held March 14 at the Mystic Marriott.
