For seven years, Cotton Candy Fabrics in Brookfield has been stitching joy.
It was founded in 2018 by creative entrepreneur Erin Byrne, who says the best part about her business is the "friendships that have formed, and that is one of the things that makes Cotton Candy Fabrics so special."
The store offers specialty fabrics, notions, sewing machines, patterns and more, as well as classes in everything from quilting to garment making.
Some of the instructors are local, and some come from across the states.
Project Runway All-Star Sam Donovan is the apparel sewing director and teaches garment making classes.
"I just love the students that I get to work with," says Donovan. "It's not just a class, it's a community."
Cotton Candy Fabrics is located at 450 Federal Road in Brookfield.
