The state's utility companies are still working to restore power to thousands of homes and businesses affected by Wednesday's storm.
Crews restored power to Millbank Avenue in Greenwich late Friday afternoon. Residents there hadn't had power since 10:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Lizzie Davis says her home was freezing, and her sick 10-month-old son needed a nebulizer every four hours. It requires power to operate, so she says they had to check in to a hotel in Rye Thursday to charge it.
An Eversource spokesperson says the utility company expects most residents to have power restored by 11 p.m.
