Connecticut restaurants say with the warmer weather coming and restrictions loosening, they're having a hard time hiring employees.
The struggle to hire in restaurants, like Match Restaurant in Westport, is causing staff to work more - even causing some restaurants to adjust hours to give employees a break.
The owner says one reason could be because people are collecting more money while on unemployment.
Restaurants say they're hoping to fill positions before warm weather approaches and more people come out.
