Nearly all households left without power after Tropical Storm Ernesto roared through Riverdale have their power back Monday, say Con Edison officials.Utility workers cut limbs from power lines and secured downed cables, especially near Fieldston Road, where officials say the street?s natural elevation helped Ernesto whip up maximum damage. Con Edison says only scattered outages remain throughout the Bronx.Residents are advised to drive with caution because of downed trees still littering local roads.
