Few showers possible, could see more rain for the weekend

The rain will taper off midday - won't leave out the chance for a passing shower early evening with the passage of the cold front.

Rain showers will linger through the first half of the day and leave roads wet through the afternoon.
The rain will taper off midday. There is a chance for a passing shower early evening with the passage of the cold front. Anywhere from a ¼ to ½ inch of rain is possible. Temperatures will once again climb into the 50s.
Friday will be a cooler and windier day. This cooldown is brief because Saturday will be warmer again with a chance of rain.
The weekend though is split. Colder air will move in behind the showers, Saturday night feel like temps will drop off down into the teens and 20s and highs only in the 30s for Sunday. Winter comes back briefly as the new week begins.
