A fire broke out at an apartment building in Stamford.

The fire happened Sunday morning on Glenbrook Road.

Smoke was reported on the fourth floor.

The fire was contained to only to one apartment, fire officials say.

There was extensive water damage to the apartment, but no one was home at the time.

No one was injured during the fire, and there is no need for residents to relocate, officials say.
