Fire officials say four students at the University of Hartford were displaced after a car crashed into their dorm building on Friday.

The crash happened around 8:30 p.m. on Friday at a three-story dorm building on Bloomfield Avenue.

The crash compromised the structure of the building, fire officials added.

The City of Hartford License and Inspections responded to assess the damage. It's not clear what caused the crash or when the students will be able to move in.

No one was injured.
