Fire crews say flames were shooting through the roof of the home when they arrived on scene.

A Norwalk family is left without a home after a fire destroyed their house.
The fire happened Sunday afternoon on Betmarlea Road.
Fire crews say flames were shooting through the roof of the home when they arrived on scene.
Fire spread above the garage and into the first floor living room and kitchen.
Officials say the house was gutted from the fire and is now unlivable.
There was nobody home at the time of the fire.
