Former Norwalk official sentenced to 50 years for killing tenant
Ellen Wink, the former Norwalk official who was convicted of killing her tenant, was sentenced to 50 years in prison Friday.
Wink's attorney said they will appeal the verdict. His request for a post-conviction bond was denied.
