Friends and family gathered in Danbury Monday to remember an 18-year-old man who was fatally shot on Father’s Day.

Friends and family gathered in Danbury Monday to remember an 18-year-old man who was fatally shot on Father’s Day.
Relatives say Yahmeek Johnson recently graduated from high school in New Milford and was looking forward to starting work and traveling.
They say he was especially close to his family and loved to care for his young niece and nephew.
Loved ones of Johnson released balloons in his memory. They say they hope by sharing their grief, someone will share a clue that helps them find justice.
Police say the suspected gunman was in a dark SUV on Mill Ridge Road.
