Gov. Ned Lamont announced details regarding next week’s funeral service of former Gov. M. Jodi Rell.
On Tuesday, Dec. 3, the former governor will lay in state at the Capitol in Hartford from 10-2 p.m.
Following the service, a Mass of Christian burial will take place at the Cathedral of Saint Joseph, at 140 Farmington Ave. in Hartford.
