Funeral plans set for fallen Hartford police officer

17h agoFuneral arrangements have been announced for fallen Hartford police officer Robert Garten.
The eight-year veteran was killed last week when his cruiser was hit by a teenage driver fleeing from a traffic stop.
Garten's wake will be held at Dunkin' Park Friday. Members of the public will be able to visit between 2 and 7 p.m.
A celebration-of-life ceremony will be held Saturday at the XL Center starting at 10 a.m. The event will be open to the public.
