Funeral arrangements have been finalized for Stratford State Rep. Terry Backer.
The 61-year-old died early yesterday morning after a long battle with cancer.
Backer's family says a wake will be held in his native Norwalk tomorrow night at the Hoyt Cognetta funeral home on Wall Street.
A private funeral Mass will be held Friday morning at St. Matthew Church on Scribner Avenue.
