Gov. Ned Lamont announced the launch of a new online application for heating and water assistance programs for Connecticut residents.  

The programs are intended for income-eligible families from Connecticut only and will help ease the burden of utility bills.

Eligible residents can now apply for the Connecticut Energy Assistance Program and the Low-Income Household Water Assistance Program through

a joint online application that is available here.
