Connecticut is working with Apple to become one of the first states to make state licenses electronically available on iPhones and Apple Watches using the Wallet app, Gov. Ned Lamont announced today.
Lamont says state officials and Apple are in early planning phases now and that
more information will be made available soon.
Apple says the TSA is on board to accept the electronic licenses at airports across the country.
Arizona, Georgia, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Oklahoma, and Utah are also part of the roll out, Apple says.
