Gov. Lamont signs new law expanding reach of Hate Crimes Unit
Just 10 days after a white supremacist opened fire on a grocery store in Buffalo N.Y., Gov. Ned Lamont signed a new law expanding the reach of Connecticut State Police's new Hate Crimes Unit.
